Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products Breaking
If you have a product from our store that ends up breaking shortly after receiving it, please reach out and let us know. For certain items like Rosaries, we are happy to accept the broken rosary back and send you a new one that is intact and or fix the one that had broken prior.
Divination Services
If you have received a reading that did not resonate with you, please let us know, we are happy to redo the reading for you free of charge and if after that the reading still does not resonate, we will look into refunding the reading for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If there is an issue of any kind, please communicate that to us and we can negotiate a refund if necessary <3
