Shipping policy

Please allow for up to 30 days after purchasing to receive a notification that your order has been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so we can sort it out and get your order found!

If your order was shipped out and then returned to us for any reason, we will look through the contents of the order to ensure nothing is broken and we will contact you to understand what occurred that caused the package to be returned to us so that we can sort out either a refund or sending it back to you!
